Are you a highly motivated university / diploma student or recent graduate eager to gain real-world experience? Join our Umaditi Experience dynamic team as an Admin and Reservation Support Intern!
What You'll Do:
- Maintain and update guest booking records
- Assist in managing daily administrative tasks
- Assist in handling customer inquiries and process reservations
- Support the team in streamlining operations
- Collaborate on special projects to improve efficiency
- Four (4) work hour per day, Monday-Friday, in person attendance (Panjer Area)
What We’re Looking For:
- Bali-based university / diploma student / fresh graduate; additional education or certifications in hospitality, administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication skills, Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
