Responsibilities :
1. Oversee IT system reliability and security through continuous monitoring, maintenance, backups, and health checks.
2. Lead IT Asset Management, including strategic planning, procurement, and inventory control throughout the asset lifecycle.
3. Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect organizational data and IT assets from threats and vulnerabilities.
4. Coordinate with departments to assess and fulfill IT requirements, ensuring resource availability and alignment with business needs.
5. Develop and maintain a comprehensive IT asset database, documenting acquisition, usage, maintenance, and decommissioning.
6. Conduct regular audits of IT assets for compliance with licensing agreements and identify opportunities for cost savings and optimization.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
2. 2-3 years of experience in IT support, including workstation setups, software installations, and troubleshooting.
3. Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and network protocols.
4. Ability to multitask and handle high volumes in a fast-paced environment.
5. Familiarity with virtualization technologies (Proxmox, OpenStack) and cloud tools (Google Cloud, Microsoft Teams).
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in supporting HRMS, finance, and internal business process applications.
