We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our Sales team as a Sales Management Trainee. This is a unique opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales strategy, business development, and customer relationship management without being classified as a formal employee. As a Sales Management Trainee, you will work closely with our Sales team, learning the ins and outs of the industry, developing sales techniques, and gaining leadership skills in a real-world business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales team in identifying potential clients and developing relationships.
  • Participate in client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
  • Learn and contribute to the development of sales strategies, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Support the sales team in generating leads, prospecting, and following up on potential opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and workshops aimed at enhancing sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Shadow senior sales professionals to understand various aspects of sales management.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sales, customer service, and business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Prior sales experience (internships or part-time) is a plus, but not required.
