We are seeking a motivated and eager HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations & retention, and HR administration tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process by coordinating orientation activities for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS system.
  • Assist in handling basic employee relations matters and provide administrative support.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, gaining exposure to different aspects of HR.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
  • Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, allowing for the seamless handling of multiple tasks simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated initiative & creative thinking also adept problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
