Role Overview:

As the Associate Head of Escrow and Settlement, you’ll play a vital role in driving growth by adapting, implementing, and refining business processes. You’ll ensure process metrics are met, maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage dispute handling, data verification, and complaint resolution.
  • Analyze patterns in queries/complaints and define actionable steps.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records.
  • Provide insights to management via regular dashboards and reports.
  • Handle day-to-day tasks like paperwork, invoicing, and cash management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in settlement or escrow accounts within payment/tech companies.
  • Proficient in MS Office, ERP/CRM portals, with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in early-stage or growth companies is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and thrive in a dynamic environment.
