Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, E-Commerce, etc.
- Analyze, develop and improve customer journey through out every touch points.
- Conduct thorough keyword and audience research to inform campaign strategy.
- Analyze and interpret campaign performance data to extract actionable insights and recommendations.
- Monitor, track, and report on KPIs, ensuring campaigns meet or exceed performance goals.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital advertising.
- Provide regular updates and reports, communicating performance and recommended optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align advertising efforts with broader marketing strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- Deep knowledge in advertising, e-commerce, sales, and brand marketing.
- 3 years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns, with a broad knowledge of digital marketing and its practice.
- Minimum of 1 year in a leadership position with experience in handling and managing a team.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs for digital advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms and their respective best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge in skincare and beauty industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team with strong cross function leadership.
