Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating a team of telesales representative to exceed sales targets.
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
- Monitoring team performance and providing guidance, training, and mentorship to team members.
- Collaborating with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Analyzing sales data and trends to optimize strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
- Reporting to director.
- Regularly Reports weekly team activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the technology or education sector.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years experience as sales team leader
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Can communicate in English for interaction (Presentation, reading, written, spoken).
- Good presentation and communication skills.
