Head of Business Control

PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk or its subsidiaries are looking for high potential candidates to be employed as Head of Business Control with the following details:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3,5
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Business Control, Financial Analysis, or related roles.
• Previous exposure from an Energy Industry or Retail Industry is a must
• Previous experience in Finance Accounting or related financial roles, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
• Proven track record of leadership and management in a business control or finance function.
• Comprehensive understanding of business processes, financial systems, and internal controls.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends to drive strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Experience in developing and implementing business control frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the industry.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align business control initiatives with overall organizational goals and objectives.

Job Description:

• Developing and implementing business control strategies, frameworks, and policies to support the achievement of organizational goals.
• Collaborating with senior leadership and business unit managers to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance targets, and monitoring progress against these targets.
• Overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, and implementing controls to mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Conducting regular reviews and assessments of business processes, systems, and controls to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Leading the implementation of initiatives to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency in business control processes.
• Providing strategic guidance and support to senior management on financial and business control matters, including investment decisions, strategic initiatives, and risk management.
