  2. Operational Efficiency: Maintain a high level of efficiency in managing campaign logistics, including coordination with vendors, event setup, and material distribution.
  3. Quality Control: Ensure that all campaign materials and activities meet the brand’s quality standards. Conduct regular checks and event audits pre and post activity to maintain consistency and quality.
  4. Timely Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on campaign progress, highlighting any issues or delays and proposing solutions to keep the project on Track.
  • Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration

This person competency involves effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and consumers. It ensures that all parties are well-informed and engaged, contributing to the successful execution of BTL campaigns.

Key Aspects

  1. Effective Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders (direct report, peers involved in the project, upper management for general event information), ensuring they are informed about campaign details, timelines, and expectations.
  2. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as Brand, Offline Marketing Sales and general Marcomm team, to ensure seamless execution and support for campaigns.
  3. Vendor and Partner Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring they deliver their services as required and within agreed timelines. Aligned with procurement to get best price/cost quoted for project to be done.

Qualifications:

  1. In-depth knowledge of BTL marketing principles, event management, and brand activation.
  2. Familiarity with market dynamics and trends in the FMCG industry.
  3. Understanding consumer behavior and engagement strategies.
  4. Knowledge of budgeting and financial management for marketing projects.
  5. Awareness of digital marketing trends and how they integrate with BTL activities.
  6. Familiarity with compliance and legal aspects related to event management and promotions.
  7. Understanding of vendor and supplier management, including negotiation and contract management.
  8. Knowledge of various event technologies and platforms to enhance event experience (e.g., virtual event platforms, registration software).

Additional Qualifications:

  • Good command in English, both spoken and written
  • Willingness to travel if required
  • Willingness to execute activation end-to-end (including: loading & unloading work)
