One of our clients, a leading forklift distributor and material handling company in Jakarta, is seeking a Finance Manager (Mandarin Speaker)!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Oversee daily accounting, budgeting, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure timely tax filings and compliance with local regulations; liaise with tax authorities and government agencies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small finance team, promoting collaboration and productivity.
  • Human Resources: Manage HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and adherence to Indonesian labor laws.
  • Financial Analysis: Use accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) for financial analysis and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 5 years in managerial level, with expertise in Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
  • Education: Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software used in Indonesia; strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and English. Chinese language skills are a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for financial analysis.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to effectively manage a finance team.
  • HR Knowledge: Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and HR practices is preferred.
