Role Overview:

As an Information & Technology Intern, your primary role will be to assist the IT team in providing technical support to our website developers and resolving issues related to software, devices and network

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for day-to-day IT operations.
• Carry out duties as instructed, especially for IT needs.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Has experience using WordPress and Elementor.
• Possesses basic knowledge of networks, security, and software installation.
• Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using Google Docs, Google Slides, and Google Sheets.
• Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Has good English reading and writing skills, particularly in an IT context.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
