Job purpose

The Business QA professional in our bank's Digital team plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation and security of our digital platforms. Collaborating with internal teams, they manage testing processes to support key projects such as Marketing Automation and Digital Branch enhancements. Their expertise is crucial in testing new APIs for Banking as a Service initiatives, ensuring they meet business criteria and regulatory standards. Ultimately, they drive innovation and help maintain our competitive edge in the digital landscape.

Responsibilities

§ Lead the creation of comprehensive testing scripts and procedures, ensuring they are meticulously aligned with overarching business objectives and user requirements. These scripts will serve as a roadmap for testing various functionalities and scenarios, aiming to enhance the quality and reliability of our digital platforms.

§ Develop and execute testing plans tailored to meet project timelines and milestones, ensuring that testing activities are strategically prioritized to support timely delivery without compromising quality standards. This involves closely collaborating with project stakeholders to define testing milestones and allocate resources effectively, thereby minimizing risks and maximizing efficiency in the testing process.

§ Managing end to end testing and maintain collaboration with internal stakeholders for Digital product & process below:

o Payment & Onboarding : Online account opening, QR Payment, Bill Payment, & Fund Transfers

o Wealth & Liabilites : Foreign Exchange, Mutual Funds, Bonds,& Time Deposit

o Financing : Credit Cards, Personal Loan, Mortgage & Auto loan

o Platform:API Platfrom,Digital Branch,Integration Mobile Banking with surrounding capabilities such as security,fraud systems,NLP/AI,loyalty engine, Marketing Automation and many other integrations.

§ Together with Product Owner to ensure the implementation of strategic projects by collaborating with external partners/customers on testing new API or integration to meet business acceptance criteria

Qualifications & Competencies Required

§ B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent

§ Minimum 2 years in mobile, web, API platform testing application representing Business Team

§ Experience in Banking & understanding of Digital Product in Financial Industries will be a plus
