As a Marketing Operational Specialist, you will enhance brand acquisition and retention by applying marketing principles and executing campaigns across branding, events, CRM, and social media. You will develop industry-relevant copy, manage PR and media relations, and maintain marketing documentation and CRM systems. Your role includes creating actionable CRM engagement plans, coordinating with vendors, preparing marketing materials, and staying current with social media trends and market research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Principles: Apply an understanding of marketing principles to enhance brand acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including branding efforts, events, CRM engagement, and social media initiatives.
  • Copywriting: Develop and review copywriting that is relevant to the industry and aligns with the brand’s voice.
  • PR and Media Relations: Utilize knowledge of public relations, media relations, and branding to bolster brand awareness.
  • Documentation and Maintenance: Update and maintain marketing department documentation, databases, media assets, and reports.
  • CRM Management: Manage and update marketing leads and CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and effective customer engagement.
  • Customer Segmentation: Apply understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle to create actionable CRM engagement plans across various channels, including Email, WhatsApp, SMS, Push Notifications, etc.
  • Vendor and Partner Coordination: Coordinate with vendors and partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Marketing Materials Preparation: Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and reports related to leads, ads, campaigns, and events.
  • Social Media Content: Assist in planning, copywriting, and creating content for social media, while staying updated on current trends.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, administration, or a related role.
  • Experience with marketing software (e.g., CRM tools like Salesforce, martech tools, email marketing tool, and social media management tools).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in PR and media relations.
  • Experience with social media platforms and online marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and generate reports.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in English.
  • Ability to coordinate marketing events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
