Retail Sales Supervisor

Role Description

• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff
• Create business strategies to attract new customers and enhance profitability
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
• Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations
• Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits
• Responsible for selling products and meeting customer needs while maintaining existing customer
• Conduct regular visits to agents/customers in each area

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities
• Sales oriented and customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to achieve customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer service
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to detect problems and to set action plan to solve the problem and highly initiative
• Experience in the logistics or retail industry is a plus
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Good public speaking and presentation skills
