  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Director of Sales

We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Director of Sales to lead our ultra-luxury 5-star resort in Bali. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the ultra-luxury market, with a deep understanding of affluent clientele and delivering bespoke services. This role focuses on creating and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue and enhance the resort’s global presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies targeting the ultra-luxury market.
  • Lead marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns and influencer partnerships, to elevate the brand.
  • Ensure brand communications reflect the resort’s exclusivity and sophistication.
  • Build and maintain relationships with luxury travel agents, tour operators, and VIP guests.
  • Ensure superior guest experiences through collaboration with the operations team.
  • Manage the resort’s digital presence and SEO strategies.
  • Cultivate partnerships with luxury brands and media platforms.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of high-end events and group sales.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields.
  • 10+ years of experience in luxury hospitality sales and marketing
  • Strong network within the luxury travel industry.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and influencer marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
