We are looking for the General Affair Staff who is responsible for overseeing and managing various administrative tasks and facilities within the company. This includes handling office supplies, coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing travel arrangements, and ensuring a smooth working environment. This position reports directly to the Operational Manager, providing support and assistance in maintaining efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company's facilities and office premises.
• Coordinate and supervise office maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to general office administration.
• Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
• Taking care of the company asset.
• Manage and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
• Assist in budget planning and expense management for general affairs activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in related fields
• Experience in related fields min. 1y
• Asset and Building literacy
• Computer literacy is a must
• HSE is a plus
