- Develop and implement end to end sales strategy to increase revenue growth across offline channels
- Create comprehensive goals for each offline channels and improvement in alignment with company’s big plan
- Work closely with external partners to enlarge product visibilities
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and challenges
- Improve and maintain customer journey through excellent services across offline channels
- Manage and control each channel’s budget
- Maintain strong relationships with retail partners, wholesalers, & distributors to enlarge the business
- Utilize CRM tools to increase and maintain customer relationship


Job Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 - 3 years proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role with experience in offline sales channels
- Experience in building & manage a team
- Strong in Analytical Thinking, Strategic Planning & Execution, and Data Analysis
- Excellent in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Having knowledge in managing Modern Trade, General Trade, Supervisor Area and related positions under offline channels
- Keep an eye to competitors and current trends
- Experienced in Beauty Industry or FMCG
