  • Develop medical documents tailored to the clinic's requirements, enabling doctors to initiate procedures in line with established medical standards.
  • Compile and maintain materials for medical documents and doctor training, ensuring doctors possess the necessary knowledge for procedure execution.
  • Organize training sessions for clinic doctors, including pre and post-tests to assess training effectiveness. Ensure doctors' skills align with company standards.
  • Prepare educational content for doctors, including practical videos and theoretical materials. Customize content to address clinic needs, industry trends, or marketing focal points, enabling doctors to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships and collaborations with internal and external stakeholders to drive the achievement of business objectives.
  • Generate medical documents for new procedures, collaborating with relevant departments to establish comprehensive procedural guidelines, incorporating essential medical materials and tools. This facilitates adherence to appropriate standards by the clinical team.
  • Ensure that comprehensive medical documentation is available for all clinic procedures and consolidate these documents for easy accessibility when needed.
  • Create administrative documents related to doctor training and summarize training outcomes for dissemination to clinic leaders. This keeps clinic leaders informed about training schedules, materials, and the progress of doctors' skills.

Does it match your criteria?

  • Bachelor's degree from a medical faculty.
  • 0-1 year of experience in Medical Services, and fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Strong knowledge of medical documentation.
  • High interest in dermatology, dermatocosmetology, and dermatological technology.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
