We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and employer branding strategies. You will support various HR initiatives, contribute to the development of our employer brand, and assist in the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Support:
- Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and reference checks.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
Employer Branding Activities:
- Support the development and execution of employer branding campaigns.
- Assist in creating content for social media, career pages, and other branding materials.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor employer branding practices.
- Help organize and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus outreach activities.
General HR Support:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition, employer branding, and human resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
