We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and employer branding strategies. You will support various HR initiatives, contribute to the development of our employer brand, and assist in the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Support:

  • Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and reference checks.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.

Employer Branding Activities:

  • Support the development and execution of employer branding campaigns.
  • Assist in creating content for social media, career pages, and other branding materials.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor employer branding practices.
  • Help organize and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus outreach activities.

General HR Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition, employer branding, and human resources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
