The business currently has a presence in Manila, Bangkok, Jakarta, and Singapore, with Business Development, Asset Management, and Operations teams spread across the region.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Internal Appraiser / Valuer to join our team located in South Jakarta. This role is vital for conducting thorough appraisals and valuations of our real estate assets to support strategic financial initiatives and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed internal appraisals and valuations of the company's collateral assets for auction purposes and/or direct sales.
  • Review all external appraisal reports received by the organization.
  • Coordinate the completion of future appraisal reports as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with investment teams to assess potential future pipeline opportunities.
  • Ensure full compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards throughout the appraisal process.
  • Stay consistently updated on market trends and changes that may impact asset values.
  • Visit and appraise a diverse range of assets across Indonesia, from hotels to residential properties.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a holder of a MAPPI license.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience as an asset valuer in a KJPP (Public Appraisal Office).
  • Experience in the financial industry, particularly in banking or multi-finance, is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of and experience with current industry's rules and regulations related to property appraisal and valuation.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey valuation findings and methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of handling multiple projects simultaneously with high accuracy.
