  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Technical Drawings: Produce detailed architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and construction details based on initial design concepts.
  2. CAD/BIM Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD to generate 2D and 3D models, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
  3. Collaboration with Architecture Team: Work closely with architects to fully understand design objectives and translate them into clear, precise technical drawings.
  4. Drawing Revisions: Update and revise drawings based on feedback or modifications requested by clients, architects, or contractors.
  5. Compliance with Building Codes and Standards: Ensure all drawings adhere to local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  6. Documentation and File Management: Organize and maintain all project-related technical drawings and documents in a structured and easily accessible manner.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Architectural Drafter or in a related role.
  • Proficiency in CAD/BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD).
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with building codes and industry standards.
