PURPOSE
Responsible for managing and controlling compensation and benefit process to ensure a line with company regulation and competitive with the market.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Compensation :
- Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure that salary, withholding taxes and government contributions comply with regulations.
- Understand and stay updated on income tax and government contributions regulation changes.
Benefit :
- Prepare and manage benefit administration to internal and external to ensure all data are appropriate with the requirement.
- Liaise with benefits providers to enrol the employees into their benefits scheme.
Budget
- Create monitoring and report on expenses to ensure all expenses are allocated in the right account code within budget.
Human Resources Support
- Provide support and assistance in other HR related affairs ensure the achievement of company business objectives,
- Coordinate with all relevant teams on reporting and other compensation & benefit related matters.
- Coordinate with HR Group Office, related to any information and initiatives which should be followed-up.
