General Requirement :
- Maximum 2 years in similar role
- Bachelor degree from any major
- Having a good attitude, high sense of responsibility, detail and well organized
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Have good initiative and good logical thinking
- Can adapt to quick changes of job direction
- Work from office Monday to Friday
Specific Skill Required :
- Good ability to operate computer with Windows OS
- Understand how to operate Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Responsibilities & Duty :
- Manage end to end recruitment and onboarding process including job posting, candidates screening, selection, and offering.
- Maintain accurate data and up to date employee database information.
- Maintain attendance of employee, overtime and annual leaves.
- Handle Employment agreement, monitoring probation and contract status.
- Handle employee business trip process (Car, Driver, Hotel, Flight).
- Handle facility management and coordinate with external vendors for maintenance and services.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and another administrative tasks.
