Job Responsibility:

  • End to end recruitment from screening candidates, interviews to onboarding
  • Building a talent pipeline from various search methods
  • Responsible for employer branding from social media and maintaining our partnership with universities
  • Handle recruitment reporting and other tasks given by superior
  • Handle recruitment data management
  • Work closely with users to understand their staffing requirements and specific job objectives
  • Create and maintain relationships with other business and HR functions through strategic partnerships
  • Develops and maintains strong networking relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent sources

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above majoring in Human Resource Management/ Psychology/Industrial Engineering or other related major
  • At least have 3 years of experience as a recruiter
  • Full Professional Proficiency in English (Mandarin is a plus point)
  • Proactive, Driven, Goals & Details Oriented, Fast learner
  • Good Analytical Thinking and Interpersonal skills
  • High interest and love recruiter task
  • Willing to work in North Jakarta, PIK.
