Business Analyst

The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.

To identify and analyze current processes and to improve the current ERP system based on business needs. He/she shall provide adequate and feasible solutions for business within the Group’s framework. He/she should be willing to learn and support the ERP ecosystem.

Responsibilities

System/application management

• Analyze business requirements and design future process models for module Supply Chain Management and Manufacture Order Processing
• Prepare and provide data conversion template.
• Assess and manage user authorization.
• Cooperate with Key User and Business Process Owner to establish priority requirements and mapping business processes with M3 ERP.
• Deliver training to Key Users.
• Create configuration and testing for a new system.
• Create Future Process Model, UAT Script, and Application Setup documentation.
• Checking and validate system integration.
• Provide application administrative support across applications as needed.
• Responsible as local support of ERP M3 (1st Layer support) and digital tools example: TMS, WMS etc.
• Execute ad hoc tasks.

Internal control

• Perform risk analysis and identify potential risks in the processes.

Digitalization

• Identify potential process improvement.
• Articulate clear user requirements to IT teams and perform UAT.

Qualifications

• University graduate, preferably with bachelor’s degree in Computerized Accounting
• 2-3 Years’ experience in cost management
• Having experience in SAP FICO experience is a plus
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
