  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to identify and address organizational development needs, gaps, and opportunities. Design and deliver programs and initiatives that support employee development, talent management, and succession planning

Job Description:

  • Collaborating with HR and business leaders to identify and address organizational challenges and opportunities.
  • Advising in the area of organization development, strategy management and organization effectiveness.
  • Leading organization transformation / diagnostic and culture transformation.
  • Directing Organization Development cycle, including OD Diagnostics, organization effectiveness review, MPP cycle.
  • Ensuring HR policies related to OD capture different BU needs and can apply consistently.
  • Initiating strategy for change management.
  • Develop and fine tune leadership competency model and functional/technical competencies model based on levels and roles as well as benchmark technical competencies development with other industries.
  • Formulate & Direct the process of organizational strategy that evaluates organizational structure, grading system and job design.
  • Conduct socialization with stakeholders on introduction of new guidelines and/or revision of guidelines related to organization design.

Job Requirement:

  • Min Bachelor Degree in any major from reputable University.
  • At least 15 years of relevant work experience or equivalent in strategy, organizational development, design, innovation and/or change management.
  • Preferably having experience in HR Consulting.
  • Fluency in English required, both speaking or writing.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent multi-stakeholder collaboration and coordination skills.
  • Proven ability to work with high level members of boards and a variety of stakeholders.
