  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The facilities offer various activities that promote physical, motoric, psychosocial, and cognitive development for children.

Role Description:

Drive and manage initiatives that foster innovation and enhance existing systems, processes, or products. This role is crucial for organizations aiming to remain competitive, improve operational efficiency, and adapt to changing market demands.

Main Job Area Resposibility:

1.Strategic Planning and Vision

  • Develop and articulate the vision and strategy for innovation within the organization.
  • Identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and technologies that could be leveraged for innovation.
  • Plan and strategize renovation efforts to improve existing systems, processes, or infrastructure.
  • Align renovation projects with organizational goals and operational needs.

2. Innovation Management

  • Facilitate the generation of innovative ideas and evaluate their feasibility and potential impact.
  • Prioritize ideas based on their alignment with strategic goals and their potential benefits.
  • Oversee the development of prototypes or pilot projects to test and validate innovative concepts.
  • Analyze results and make data-driven decisions about scaling or refining innovations.

3. Renovation Management

  • Assess existing systems or processes to identify areas needing renovation.
  • Develop renovation plans that address deficiencies and improve efficiency or effectiveness.
  • Manage the implementation of renovation projects, including coordinating with contractors or vendors if needed.
  • Ensure that renovations are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • 3D Design Software (Sketch Up, Lumion, Rhinoceros & KeyShot)
  • Graphic Design Software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Adobe Flash)
  • Basic Project Management Skills
  • Bachelor Degree in Design Product/Civil/Architecture
  • 2-3 Years in Retail Product Innovation Design and same experience as Supervisor/ Coordinator
  • Willing to mobile (national area)
  • Head Office at BSD, Tangerang
