Key Responsibilites:
- Manage an end-to-end project of employee engagement and coordinating with key persons in each area to ensure comprehensive reporting and results.
- Monitor, manage, and follow-up on HR activities in collaboration with the HRBP Commercial team.
- Develop clear and effective communication strategies design to simplify stakeholders understand the HR process.
- Support and contribute to the Sales Development and Performance Matrix project.
Requirements:
- Majoring in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- Final-year students and still an active student.
- Proficient in Ms. Office and able to use any design application, especially Canva.
- Good communication skills.
- Available for at least 6 months internship period.
- Willing to be placed in Head Office - Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
