Technical Writer Intern (Paid)
Location: Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta (Work From Office, Mon-Fri)
Requirements:
- Assist in the creation of user manuals, documentation, and knowledge base articles for iSeller’s software products.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand technical details and effectively translate them into easily understandable content.
- Research, gather, and evaluate technical information and user feedback to continuously improve product documentation.
- Ensure documentation adheres to a consistent style and format.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align documentation with project timelines and release cycles.
- Participate in meetings, take notes, and document feature updates or new processes.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate or currently enrolled in a Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Proficiency in written English with excellent grammar and writing skills.
- Familiarity with software technology and ability to grasp complex technical concepts.
- Strong critical thinking skills, able to evaluate information or feedback from users for clarity and accuracy.
- Understanding of software logic is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with technical writing tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Confluence) is a plus.
