Job Description:
- Provide Analysis about the current business and marketing situation
- Assess of the future opportunities and threats in business and marketing
- Collaborate with Consumer Insight team to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the industry
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overalls business goals
- Identifying new market segments and target audiences to expand the reach of the company's product and services
- Develop marketing cycle planning LRP, Brand Plan and Semesterly/Quarterly Planning
- Iterate and develop marketing business process
- Drive fundamental marketing excellence for marketing organization brand finger budget controlling
- End to end marketing & sales data integration with Eagle Eye as specific output
- Review existing business processes and analyze impact of business intelligence on business processes
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major
- Experience for 5 years as Associate Brand Manager/Manager Strategic Planning/Commercial Planning in FMCG or Startup company
