Role Description

* Monitoring and maintaining electrical equipment or machinery performance

* Walking customers through how equipment works including how to use it safely

* Explaining new features and suggesting upgrades to customers

* Participating in ongoing training to keep up to date with the latest developments in electrical engineering

* Providing clear customer feedback

* Following government health and safety regulations and the regulations of their employer

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 0-2 years experience as Service Engineer, fresh graduates are very welcome to apply
  • Troubleshooting, Maintenance, and Technical Support skills
  • Good communication, conceptual and analytical thinking
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Able to work independently or in a team
  • Excellent active listening and customer service skills
