  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date corporate records, including board meeting minutes, resolutions, bylaws, and shareholder agreements
  • Assist in ensuring that the company complies with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including filing annual reports, financial statements, and other required documents
  • Facilitate communication between the board of directors, senior management, and shareholders
  • Assist in the development and implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, legal studies, or a related field
  • 2 years of relevant experience in Corporate Secretary role
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
  • Knowledge of corporate governance principles and regulatory compliance
