Our first brand ''Somethinc'' was founded in 2019, and is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followers. Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Responsibilities:

  • Increase awareness and mindshare of the brand through offline presence, campaigns, and events as a media to execute activation programs
  • Initiate derivative action plans based on an initiated grand marketing plan to be fitted with local/ regional/ city's characteristics and potentials to ensure maximized presence and enhance offline engagement that leads to conversion.
  • Support Brand Activation team to develop, conceptualize, plan, and organize marketing activation programs including trade shows, exhibitions, massive events, and small-group events.
  • Liaise and work closely with third parties: agency, event organizer, vendor, local media, marketing-partners including but not limited to pitching, media buying, or marketing-partnership scheme.
  • Support the overall implementation of offline marketing activation programs including improving the work of marketing-technical level with a seamless flow.
  • Progressively update multi-operational dashboards and project management tools to make sure every single process of each project/campaign runs as well as the plan (timeline, checklist, dateline, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate or final year student of Marketing, Communications, or any related major.
  • Proven track record as a committee or partnership with various events. (Beauty events are prioritized)
  • Strong negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-starter, reliable, and able to work independently as well as in teams.
  • Agile and able to follow a fast-paced, constantly changing & evolving work environment.
