Bank Mandiri Taspen is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Head of IT Strategy & Planning to lead and oversee the strategic planning, governance, and architectural design of our IT systems. This role plays a pivotal part in aligning our IT strategy with the business objectives of the bank, ensuring efficient delivery of solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Strategy & Planning: Lead the development and implementation of IT strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological advancements.
  • Governance: Oversee IT governance to ensure that the department’s policies and standards meet compliance, risk, and regulatory requirements.
  • Enterprise Architecture: Design and manage the IT architecture framework to support both current and future business needs. Ensure integration and consistency across all applications.
  • Business Analyst & Solutions: Lead teams responsible for analyzing business needs, defining IT solutions, and delivering both Core and Non-Core Applications.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Operations, Risk, and Business to ensure seamless IT support across all business processes.
  • Project Management: Oversee large-scale IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Align individual IT projects with the overarching IT strategy and broader business objectives.
  • Innovation: Drive the continuous improvement of IT systems and processes, identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies for business growth and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT strategy, planning, governance, and enterprise architecture, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing IT teams.
  • Strong knowledge of IT governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful IT project delivery.
  • Familiarity with Core and Non-Core banking applications.
  • Strategic thinking with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to drive results in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leadership.
