We are offering an internship in our Plant Department, located in Cikande, Serang, which is engaged in multiple efforts to produce quality products. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to acquire real-world professional skills and gain a better behind-the-scenes understanding of the highly competitive paints and coatings industry.
Your Role
As an intern with our Plant Department, not only will you build the skills you need to jumpstart your career but also learn about our company's culture and values, explore the systems and technologies that help us in our day-to-day tasks and duties, and the opportunity to create a professional network from experts in our field.
Your Responsibilities
During your internship your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Contribute in plant improvement and modification study
- Contribute in application of Total Productivity Maintenance and Overall Equipment Effectiveness
- Handle documentation and administration for related Dept.
- Support Continuous Improvement projects in Plant Department
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is or has:
- Min. Diploma graduate majoring in Chemical Engineering (Teknik Kimia) or Industrial Chemist
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Highly adaptable and able to work independently
- Excited by new challenges and learning opportunities
