Job Description
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication using solid arguments.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs.
- Present new products to prospective clients.
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a CRM.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
- Bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring in Sales or Marketing, with minimum GPA 3.00
- At least 1-2 years experiences in related field
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
- Excellent communication, presentation skills, and ability to build relationships
- Proficient in English
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
