Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of the company's transfer pricing matters and partnering with multiple stakeholders to provide support on transfer pricing-related issues.
  • Handling transfer pricing analysis and reporting
  • Managing and preparing transfer pricing documentation to support intra-group transactions in compliance with local regulations.
  • Conducting regular internal reviews of transfer pricing policies in accordance with the latest tax regulation developments
  • Provide advice on transfer pricing implications for new business initiatives.
  • Handling any tax dispute by responding to tax authorities on matters or queries
  • Providing transfer pricing guidance and training to stakeholders and business units
  • Contributing to transfer pricing planning (ex-ante approach) and tax optimization strategies
  • Responsible in handling the tax audit/dispute process from end to-end process.
  • Manage the tax supporting documents and working papers accurately to mitigate and manage the potential tax exposures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fiscal, International Tax, Finance, Law, or similar major
  • At least 5 years’ experience in similar role (experience in tax consulting role will be an advantage)
  • Knowledge of Indonesian & International Tax Laws.
  • Technically skilled at benchmarking and market research, and working knowledge of Transfer Pricing concepts, Indonesian and global Transfer Pricing rules.
  • You have proven advisory and compliance experience across direct tax, indirect tax, international tax, and transfer pricing.
  • You have strong analytical skills and high attention to details.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders.
