Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to support the school’s expansion goals.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, including potential locations for new campuses and partnerships with educational institutions.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess the viability of new projects.
- Collaborate with the school’s leadership team to align business development initiatives with the overall strategic plan.
- Prepare and present business proposals, financial models, and growth plans to the management team and board of directors.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Lead negotiations and manage contracts with partners and vendors.
- Oversee the implementation of new projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the education sector.
- Proven track record of successfully leading expansion projects and developing strategic partnerships.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Full Proficiency in English or Mandarin.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using business development and project management tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
