Missions

As part of our international expansion, we are actively seeking enthusiastic candidates to join us as Travel Agents who are eager to embark on this exciting journey with us.

As a Travel Agent your role will be to:

- Assist Account management with calling campaigns and agency visits

- Take charge of operations management, ensuring smooth and efficient booking processes across the board.

- Assist travel agencies by using the Worldia platform, provide exceptional support to both B2B and B2C clients

- Create exciting and memorable itineraries that captivate our clients, offering unique and enriching travel experiences.

- Be a vital part of Worldia's journey, shaping the future of travel with a dynamic and forward-thinking team.

Let's talk about you.

You have/are:

- Previous experience working with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, is highly desirable.

- Extensive knowledge of various travel destinations and a passion for exploring new cultures.

- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills, speaking additional other languages would be a plus .

- Comfortable and confident in engaging with clients over the phone.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
