Import and Export Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain import/export data & documentation
• Manage import quota (MOT & MOI liaison)
• Partner with Import Manager & Planner
• Validate import declarations (PIB) & ensure document accuracy (BL, invoice, etc.)
• Verify duty & tax calculations
• Manage non-trade importations

We are looking for

• Degree/Diploma preferably in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and/or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in customs clearance, customs audits and import quota management
• Strong understanding of Incoterms & Trade Compliance procedures
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and WMS

This role will be based in South Jakarta.
