Job Desc:
• Design and implement Training Programs based on training plan requirements and according to a client-driven schedule (in collaboration with BINUS UNIVERSITY resources, when required)
• Conduct research and propose new training materials.
• Analysis and review on various training materials.
• Conduct training/project consultation program utilizes internal resources.
• Implement appropriate learning resources, training programs, delivery methods and techniques aligning with individuals and groups requirements.
• Develop, modify and update program curriculum and/or content and materials.
• Develop, and Implement program performance and learning objectives standard to measure training effectiveness.
• Consult with staff members, public and private representatives to update current training information
• Conducts and coordinates training activities.
• Review training program implementation and ensure alignment with performance objectives (i.e., courses, instructors, materials, delivery and content organization)
• Keep track of post program implementation process (i.e., evaluation reports, closing and follow-ups, etc.)
• Update training programs to maintain current with new techniques.
• Actively seek ways to improve training skills and knowledge.
• Conduct assessments and research regarding the employees’ needs for improvement.
• Communicate with various groups to provide information or respond to inquiries regarding training.
• Maintain project record and documentation process (e.g., personnel assignment, minutes of meeting, Berita Acara, report, delivery order, etc.)
• Communicate with operational team related to PRF process and invoicing clients
• Facilitate meetings of trainers, facilitators or subject matter experts to review the effectiveness of previous programs and information to identify future training needs.
• Implement strategies to strengthen the position of the BINUS CREATES Training’s program among other competitors with similar services.
• Conduct activity to enhance understanding on customer’s need and opinion.
• Build and maintain relation with various institutions to gain professionally experienced instructor, trend of similar service and competitors’ program offering.
• Attend scheduled meetings with client as required and conduct field study when required.
• Organize activities to obtain new internal resources from BINUS UNIVERSITY (via selection, train for trainers and sit in activities)
• Maintain good relations & communication with former and future clients.
• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
Education Requirement:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 3 years of working experience
- Have an experience in Education Industry
• Knowledge on training or instructional strategies and methodologies
• Knowledge on theory or principles as applied to adult learning
