  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Placement: Bintaro, Tangsel (WFO)

Job Descriptions:

  • Control, monitor, and evaluate the teams
  • Ensure the telemarketing staff are in line with the SOP
  • Responsible for the teams to reach the target
  • Learn and develop agents performance
  • Contact potential or existing customers and engage with them about our product using script over phone.
  • Set up meetings that could generate into sales deals.
  • Follow up team about potential or existing customers.
  • Supervise Generate report for calls and monitor its progress.

Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor Degree
  • Experienced as Telemarketing Supervisor at least 2 years (HRIS would be preferred)
  • At least experienced in handling more than 5 team
  • Ability to learn about products and services
  • Willing to adapt and learn more
  • Selling skills with the ability to resolve issues and address the complaints
  • Proven track record of meeting sales target via telephone.
  • Have Prospective Database (B2B) is strong point!
  • Able to resolve client issues and address complaints.
  • Understanding both HRIS industry and SaaS market.
