The Real Estate Admin Support provides essential administrative and operational support for the departments. This role involves a range of tasks designed to facilitate the smooth functioning of real estate transactions, multiple stakeholders interactions, and office operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Min. Diploma degree holder with at least 1 year of working in administrative function on real estate field.
• Education background from Law preferred.
• Solid organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and real estate management software.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and data.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Job Role:

• Coordinate with project surveyor on location survey schedule as per landlord and management's approval.
• Assist superior in execute potentials location survey, and support new store opening work plan coordination processes.
• Coordinate with supervisor regarding important information and obstacles in project progress.
• Input data to database system and ensuring data is accurate and deliver on time.
• Provide Real Estate report based on request and given standard.
• Filling and archiving documentation with clear procedure and systemized work flow.
• Distribute documents to related departments/ divisions according to system and procedure as well as organizing the documents.
• Liaise with Finance, GA, Project, Landlord on reimbursement, agreement, invoice, payment, and so on.
• Ensure availibility of office supplies and inventory on the team.
