Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role working directly with the leadership team. Candidate is expected to lead and implement strategic project in the company alongside CEO office. Candidate's ability to coordinate different departments, understand technical tools, provide analytical insights, and be detail-oriented are crucial.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the strategic implementation of projects for clients, ensuring successful outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Efficiently manage the CEO’s schedule, organize meetings, handle communications, prepare necessary materials, and act as the CEO’s representative.
  • Provide administrative support, manage financial transactions, and prepare performance reports.
  • Identify potential challenges in client projects, create detailed reports, and develop solutions to address these challenges while providing insights to support informed decision-making.
  • Demonstrate adaptability by flexibly taking on responsibilities to meet the company's evolving needs and support future growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Language proficiency: English is a must, Chinese (Mandarin) or any other language is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role with a focus on project management. Experience in the technology industry is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare detailed reports and documentation.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessment and problem-solving.
  • Experience in budgeting and basic knowledge of accounting principles.
