Qualification

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 4-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the beauty, luxury, or medical devices industry.
3. Proven experience in leading marketing, creative, and PR teams, with a focus on luxury brands or premium products.
4. Strong leadership, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
5. Strategic thinking with a focus on maintaining a sophisticated brand image.
6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
7. Expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, and public relations.
8. Excellent project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
9. Ability to balance creative vision with business goals.
10. Adaptability to industry changes and market trends in medical aesthetics.
11. Proactive, innovative, and results-oriented.
12. Experience in working with high-end beauty or medical aesthetic products is a plus.
13. A strong network within the beauty industry, media, and influencers is highly desirable.

Responsibility

1. Lead, mentor, and develop marketing, creative, social media, and PR teams, ensuring high performance and alignment with business objectives.
2. Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and sales goals.
3. Manage the marketing budget and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
4. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that reflects the company's brand image.
5. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor data to identify growth opportunities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
6. Manage the creative team to develop engaging, high-end content for all marketing platforms (online and offline).
7. Ensure the visual and written brand communications are cohesive, representing the brand’s core values of elegance and sophistication.
8. Supervise all content and creative initiatives and maintain consistency in brand tone and style across channels.
9. Lead public relations efforts to strengthen relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key opinion leaders in the beauty and aesthetics fields.
10. Oversee event management and PR initiatives ensuring a premium brand perception.
11. Guide the social media team in crafting impactful content strategies that increase audience engagement and elevate the brand’s presence in the medical aesthetics industry.
