Job Description
Employee Development and Engagement:
- Implement performance management systems to support continuous feedback and career development.
- Execute and ensure the smooth progression of the mentoring program.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, including workshops and recognition programs.
- Ensure smooth execution of all annual training programs.
- Create and manage internal communication channels (e.g., newsletters) to keep employees informed and engaged in learning platforms.
- Lead the execution of the annual employee engagement survey.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employees within a specific community, fostering a sense of belonging and engagement.
- Spearhead and coordinate various communities under the Gunung Sewu Group.
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a diverse and qualified talent pool.
- Lead onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture and operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in talent management and employee engagement
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Passion for creating a positive work environment and fostering a strong sense of community.
- Good command of data analytics and processing.
