Role Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Arna Bali, Nusa Ceningan. This full-time, on-site position involves overseeing daily housekeeping operations, managing housekeeping staff, delivering outstanding customer service, and ensuring effective communication within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
- Manage and support the housekeeping team, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene protocols in all housekeeping practices.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with other departments and staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee inventory management for cleaning supplies and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Proven supervisory skills, including leadership and team management experience.
- Solid background in laundry services and housekeeping operations.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage and delegate tasks effectively.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
