  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Indonet have an exciting opportunity to recruit Engineer, System Operations to our business.

To be considered for this role, ideally you will have:

  • D3 or S1 Degree preferably majoring in Computer Science, Engineering or related field equivalent experience.
  • Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting UNIX /Linux based environment.
  • Experience with the administration and performance tuning of application stacks (e.g., Tomcat, JBoss, Apache, Ruby, NGINX).
  • Experience with Public Cloud Platform ( Alibaba, AWS, GCP) preferably in Alibaba Cloud.
  • Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Proxmox, Veeambackup, Kubernetes ).
  • Experience with monitoring systems ( Zabbix, Cacti, etc ).
  • Experience with automation software (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, cfengine, Chef).
  • Having scripting skills is preferred (e.g., shell scripts, Perl, Ruby, Python).
  • Having networking skills knowledge is preferred (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
  • English Language skills are preferable..

The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
  • Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
  • Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
  • Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes.
  • Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
  • Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks.
  • Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support.
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
