Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance to the organization's executives, managers, and employees on a wide range of legal matters, including contracts, corporate governance, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
- Review, negotiate, and draft contracts, agreements, and legal documents to protect the company's interests and ensure legal compliance.
- Advise on corporate governance matters, including board meetings, governance policies, and compliance with corporate laws and regulations.
- Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards that affect the company's operations.
Requirements:
- Min 3-5 years of legal experience, including experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Strong understanding of applicable laws and regulations in the company's industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical legal advice.
- Negotiation and contract drafting skills.
- Ethical conduct and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
