Permit Process Lead is responsible to deliver best practice of permitting process to support CCEP business that align with Permit Compliance Manager, implementing standard operating procedures on permit and licenses, implementing KPI and Performance Plan, providing reports, reviewing documents, and delivering trainings to relevant employees.

The Permit Compliance Team is also committed to carrying out the Permit application process in accordance with applicable procedures and rules based on predetermined time targets without violating prohibitions which result in the consequences of receiving criminal and/or administrative sanctions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Permit Compliance business planning align with Permit Compliance Manager direction to ensure clear, effective, and executable business plan of the Permit Compliance Management.
  • Support the requirement of any Business Licensing for CCEP Business Activities including Reporting to relevant Government to ensure that CCEP Indonesia have fulfilled all permit and obligations requirement
  • Support the development of regulatory compliance system to manage the permit and license including the obligations as permit holder for all CCEP Indonesia location and business activities.

Qualifications

  • Min Bachelor’s Degree in University degree in Supply Chain, Commerce or other related field required
  • Min 3 years experiences in Procurement management or category management including experience within regional/global categories and organizations
  • Understanding of strategic sourcing management practices
  • Project, portfolio and contract management experience
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to influence outcomes to realise organisational benefits
  • Supply market evaluation and optimisation experience
  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and build strong relationships
  • Risk identification and mitigation experience
